    I would add a background to the bottom level - a light gray or something and change the jokes text color to #333333 or something near
    I like yellow header

    You use the up/down arrow to view the next joke. I suggest you add categories to it, list of jokes on the left/right side instead.

    What script are you using there?

    It's nice but you could change the header, the yellow only looks bad.

    layout is pretty bad, however you have a good site there, add so addsense to the top of the screen and you could make some extra money

    As it is a joke site it should be funky, you could categorized the jokes, change the color, could add bookmarks
