the site is obvioulsy in beta mode right? are you planning on adding any big features that will make u stand out?

 

First thing that comes to mind is, "What is it?"
I had that problem at first too, I was so caught up in the idea, that I didn't identify the site to new visitors.
Seriously, what is it?

 

your design and colours are good . i have one suggest to you. why dont you add one coloured bar near your menu which are on fotter of your site?_

 

to much white, you can try also different colors...

Its looks like you have bought some off-shelf script and customized it for your website.The homepage lacks enff information about the content of the website and has things spread out all over...it would be better if you re-organize them.
The forums look bad...and overall the whole site needs refining.

I think, if you can give a complete revamp once more....this site would come out really good.

Are you only asking about site design and intend to do the seo later? Even so you need to talk to anybody that is working on your site and ask how they can integrate basic seo at the design stage. Who is going to search for Ockbar?

 

I think the logo design needs to be customized... I've seen the style before Also move it slightly to the right so it isn't too close to the edge.

 

i dont know its too sample for me, the design is too Basic, i mean nice colors, structure.. but you need some customized stuff like a cool header and footer...

 

Your site looks good overall. But its the same old site with a different name. Get a custom design

 

Try to emphasize the title of each box. Try to add some shade.

The design is fine but its similar to one of those million social networking sites.

 

Overall I like your site.. the only thing i didnt like was the dude in his underwear n the front page lol..
