It looks like it's straight out of the box phpBB from about 5 years ago. You need to promote your "unique selling proposition" - what makes your forum worth spending time at instead of dp, v7n and all the blackhat forums. Maybe it's you or maybe it's something else. Given the number of internet marketers coming out of Pakistan you actually have a great opportunity to focus just on them in your own language and hide the best advice away from those of us who only have English.
