Bodybuilding Advice is my new bodybuilding/fitness blog and I put a lot of work into it so I would be grateful if you can tell me what you like and don't like so I can improve it.

Thanks man and yeah I am planning to add 3 blog posts each week so need to get writing. It's like 6am here now and I haven't been to bed yet so let me have some sleep and expect some new content tomorrow.

For a new blog, the site layout itself is quite impressive. I like how simple yet somewhat stylish it is, but after a few weeks or months of getting accustomed to it, in terms of the visuals, you'll definitely want to improve it. As far as content, your first post could use a conclusion (emphatically pointing out the importance of this and that in order to obtain the desired results - in this case, legs and a proper diet) and quite honestly, the impression that I was left with after reading was that your initial post felt quite rushed, sadly. You introduced a crucial idea (legs being a fundamental aspect toward muscle growth), but displayed no development.

However, that aside, not bad for a start.

Thank you for the feedback. Your right that the post could have done with a conclusion and I felt I should have had one but didn't know what to put so I will defiantly make sure to have them in the future posts. On the subject of it being rushed, I wish it was lol it took me ages to write and format.

It should have at least a few training tips for all big muscle groups, not just biceps...
