A logo would help readers better understand what the site is. I don't mind the heavy brown color scheme.
To be honest, it looks too much like a cheap template you would get off eBay for $5. It's hard to understand the website at a first glance. The domain name doesn't really fit. I would have assumed that the website would be related to jobs or job-related websites would be listed in the directory. But you have every category listed, so the domain name doesn't make much sense. I also think the color scheme is not bad, but it's a bit hard to read. The layout looks scrunched, and could be better opened up and spread out a bit. Good luck.
I just purchased the domain in package so I need to make used of it. Since, i don't have the resource to run a job related site. You guys are right maybe I need a logo just to distinguish my site as a directory listings. Also please do submit your site, its free anyway... Thanks.
imho your directory deserve a cleaner template, moreover i've noticed several listing like "online games" "free games" that aren't related to the domain name. this would make your service less focused and less appealing from the visitor point of view
I found it pretty condensed and there's lot of free blank part that make it look even more condensed. I would rip some content and make space.
The template is so red-ish. when it is being read for a long time, it gets somewhat hurtful to the eye. You may want to replace the color combination to make the site more neat and cleaner
I agree that the colors are too dark and also replace the social bookmarking icons because have some white pixels as a border.
