Nice site, great layout and professional color scheme. It made me angry that I had just renewed all my sites this morning.

 

good design, 9/10 from me

in my opinion I would :
-make the image at the top about 1/4 less in size, that way you'll also emphasise the welcome paragraph

-make a first letter pseudo class to enlarge the first letter of each paragraph, and heading

but its up to you,

I liked the caption; small suggestion though (calm like morning breeze would be appropriate since a rising sun is shown).

Also, there should have been a search tab as well.
