Please Review my new design

Need some review guys so that i can still improve this site. comments suggestion are very much welcome. thanks

The 'Post Resume' picture overshadows and cuts off the job search field (where it says "search for a job") you need to space them out or fix the overlap..


"Offers a free Job postings on employers looking to hire people to work for them." is VERY gramaticly wrong... VERY.

so is: "We dont get any fee for this service employers and job seekers can use this free of charge."

Maybe try: Employers - post free job offers to hire people ?

English is not my forte but it reads bad right now.


Footer text needs to be either bigger or a little different color to read better.

You also need some way to GEOGRAPHICLY search the jobs (ie by country or city.. maybe I missed that but I dont see it..)

Overall 7/10, good work, I hope my review helps you, dont take the bad comments to heart.. 'constructive criticism' is the best right

Not too bad. I would go ahead and fill up a sponsor spot or 2.....makes the website seem a bit dead to have the empty boxes over on the right

 

smart design. easy to follow

 

its a good site, but you're going to need more sponsors and about 10,000 more job listings to make it worth while. and an advance search for towns and such. i know you can search anything in the search box but not everyone is that smart. nice design though easy to follow.

the design is fine but you gotto rethink the 3 sec strategy you can't tell what this site is for in 3 sec you know what I mean?
