Yesterday I posted this probably in the wrong category (Advertising)

I'd like to get some suggestions for my new classified ads site.

Feel free to try - place your ads as you wish and tell me about your critics, suggestions and most important of all if you spot any system errors. (I could not find any so far)

Nice design but change the logo text and make the URLs more user-friendly.

Everything looks fine to me except logo.

 

The site looks good but the 'Logo is a Nogo'

 

I think you need to add more data in you site and also add more different categories in it..

 

Hi, thanks to all, I just got most of the technical problems resolved, changed the logo (placed my branding - monfis- there).

I am still not sure about the design (still changing constantly), for the moment took the images off because I think it's more user friendly.

Working actually on a basic category design as I wish to make it useful for everyone.

Can't change the url for the moment, had my problems with the database that went on strike when I tried to change it to "classifieds".

Hope I will be able to pay a good coder to make these changes in the near future.

So far I placed the content for the directory rules. If I forgot something or you think there are missing more instructions, feel free to tell me that it's "crap".

I anounced 30 days for automated ad expiration so far, but configured the system NOT to delete the ads at all until there is a decent amount of ads placed. Do you think that's a good idea?

No doubt its great. BTW why not change the whole logo? Again try to put the rules on saperate html pages rather then posting them in the catagories so that you can utilise that catagory for something else. I this the new version with rss??

Yes will change the lodo as soon as I get a decent design.

Concerning RSS yes will be added later, as stated I am a technical noop and have my problems.

Thanks, yes I think I need to publish a logo design contest here, it's just I am running on a very tight budget in the moment and my own abilities, software- and knowledgewise, are very limited.

 

I think that Modern theme is better than classic. You should put it as default theme.

 

Ya the modern theme looks better and this is a latest version so it will already have RSS in it. You dont need to worry about that.

Try posting some dummy ads in all catagories to check if thing are ok.
I remember facing a lot of problems with its previous version which I used. This appears to be much stable and better upgrade from them.
