Nice favicon but the design is too simple for me and the menu isn't good enough. Try making some hover and active effect as a start.
Although some would say the design is too simple especially with the white plain background, I think it looks fine because that way, the top banner can really stands out. Easy navigation and I think the ads placement is also well positioned.
