Please review my new blog

I launched the blog yesterday. Its basically a blog for all new bloggers to come and use to help them get on their way Im currently posting about 2-3 Unique articles per day

I like the design, but maybe you can make the right column a bit smaller.

 

i also like the design the colors, light blue is my favorite.

The only thing is I find it a bit too much dense on the right columns : especially in your section "Live Traffic Feed"...

A blog is always nice to make some extra earnings in the end of the month if you post interesting stuff every X days, people will continue visiting your site and probably you can get some of their attention to the ADS in your site
