The site placement is okay but the look of the ads are off.. you need to blend them better into your site: the background needs to match the BG that it's behind.. and the text should match the color scheme of your blog template.
Look quite okay but for the rectangular box adsense, it will be better if you can use light gray to blend with the background. You will get better result and also try using other colors for the URL link.
