Please Review My New Blog

I like the design. I don't really see anything else that can be improved on except maybe decreasing the number of ads on the sidebar. I'm thinking that because your readers are website owners, they are aware of the ads and, because of this, the link ads at the very bottom of the sidebar might be a little much.
