    dude remove ur footer widgets section, try getting a nice top header banner for ur site, try replacing ur tags section with tag cloud, fix the social networking follow options they are not yet set up

    sidebar looks good but you need more widgets like place some calender ads etc you can also go to wordpress official site to find some great plugins like news tickers
