    1-What's missing in it.
    2-Are posts are good or bad?
    3- what's missing in order to get approved Adsence A/C?
    4-What's good in it.?

    I don't think your header looks that great
    You sure do need an image or better font size especially for the header part of the blog
    rest, it look clean and simple
    If its new then wait for sometime before applying for an adsense account to minimize the risk of rejection

    I think it is good but sidebars are looking empty empty, if put some images or fill it anyway, this will looks more good in my view.

    Boring....

    Make images much bigger...

    Text should be split for easier reading and go for a more clean design.
