Looks great, good content and clean lines. Easy to read

 

load quick enough, future success depends on the content to attract and engage readers. currently, most of the content looks copied from elsewhere.

Looks good but I have to agree that the content looks like it was just copied, rewritten and pasted in. The layout of the site is good, but I would work on adding a more personal touch to the content to keep readers coming back and bookmarking your site. Just my thoughts.
