Your site logo and theme is good with nice content.I suggest you to add more content to your blog.

logo size is actually VERY BIG... try to reduce it so that the content wont get hidden, change some colors of background, it's not going well with logo.

 

Big banners are good but bigger banners just kill visitors. Make it a little bit smaller and try to at least have a professional do it. No offense meant there.
Your blog is also slow which can affect ranking - faster the website the better and that's what Google Caffeine likes. Try optimising your images and compress file sizes, that can help to make your website load a little more faster.

 

I would say its really good theme and nice graphics you have used

 

I have changed the color and the banner...now do you think this is ok....

 

looks nice site, better you reduce your header image size ( weight) and you can add adsense under each post as well
