    So if you get caught stealing, your defense in court is going to be that there is nothing wrong with it as other do it. The judge will laugh at you. What a deluded perception of reality you have.
    Go ahead and apply for adsense and see what happens - you will get rejected with the message "does not comply with Google policies"

    If other sites are breaking Google's policy's, then report them.

    I'm impressed, on Friday you were still building your business plan around the niche, and on Tuesday you are up and running.
    The issue may not be so much with Adsense as with the owners of the original images.

    It wouldn't be hard to grab an iPhone, create a contact with the number of another phone you have and recreate the texts. Then atleast it's your property, even if the concept is stolen. Put some effort in - so far you're just being lazy and copying.

    If you took an image from my site, I would have your site taken down within 24hrs by your host. I did it to two sites last month. How do you think i do that? ... Could it be that they are acting illegally. Hosts do not want a bar of the consequences.

    Thank you very much. Now the right person appears, I was just pouring the water in the sand with the others.. There are thousands of blogs work with this niche with no problem. Even if it is ok with AdSense, recreate the iPhone texts will insure the situation ?

    Your lawyer will have a better understanding of how things stand on that - it would pay to run your business plan past him/her. I'm not sure what the Moroccan legal system is like.

    Why don't you just come up with your own jokes - you have lots of experience with humour sites, why not try being the funny guy?
    Copy-cat stuff isn't nearly as satisfying.
    but you are using it as if it's your own. I hope you and your "friend" have a legally binding contract. Money spoils friendships, the paperwork keeps things clean.

    As I mentioned, read the AdSense policies. You really need to help yourself here. For example, you clearly missed this:

    Your site is substantially duplicate content, so you will have problems with AdSense. Adding on the fact you already are banned by them, you have zero chance.

    Forget Morocco; the site is hosted by Godaddy. Godday respond really quick to take sites down that copy images - this would be an easy one to deal with if they were my images. Why do they respond so quickly? - they recognise its illegal and they say so in their terms and conditions not to do it!
    I think you are lieing about that. You said it was your account at the time!

    Come up with your own idea and content. Hard work and original ideas lead to such long-term success (among other things). Your problem is you just seem lazy and want to take a quick and easy route. If you get beyond this problem, you might succeed.

    No it is not the question of laziness. I have working on my Facebook Pages almost 3 years and now I made them popular more than 500K. they only specialist in Funny pictures or something related like Fail texts ..
