My website has the same way they work (http://www.parentsshouldnttext.com and http://www.damnyouautocorrect.com) as you said, of course i don't copyright content trying to pass it off as my own. Look at the titles of my content and search for them on the web. Of course you won't find them anywhere !!

Do what I said above and go see a copyright lawyer if you don't believe what you are being told. Adsense will not want a bar of you as it wants nothing to do with illegal activity.
