Yes it looks pretty good. Perhaps some room of improvement but other than that it looks good with major search engines all there.

I think it's workable & it's a good try. Maybe you need to do some more work on this. It's been 1 year now. How have your experience been?
I see that you use these 'yahoo', 'bing', 'Google', 'ask' etc on your site. Do you pay them for commercial use of there database?
Or do they provide there searches for a flat fixed rate? It's very costly otherwise!
And have you been able to get promoters or advertisers for your site. How do you get your expenses out?

Looking fresh and good. But I think you should design your homepage to look it attractive and colorful. Try to follow some seo techniques to promoting your site.
