Please review my Medieval Store. I have a depressingly low converstion rate at the moment so it could use some sprucing up. Please let my know the good, the bad, and the ugly. Thanks!

Most of my traffic is organic from search engines. I use adwords a little, maybe 10-20% of traffic. About another quarter are from links at other sites, alot of these are from forums like this one though so I wouldn't expect that to convert.

You will need a complete redesign to make this website better.
And the header is really bad.

1st of all, the top header design was too simple, maybe you can consider to replace it with some graphical design. the body background look nice but the main table (center) was lack of design too.

Your site is very specific and I would recommend a community forum, a small one, which would allow medieval fans to post with regards to up and coming festivals around different states or even countries.

Okay, so I need a new header. That seems to be a common thread and I've actually been thinking that myself but haven't gotten around to getting a new one yet. I'll have to do that soon.

Some of you don't seem to like the design at all. What exactly is wrong with it? I may not be the best designer but I prefer to do it myself so any specific input on what should be changed would be appreciated.

gpyong, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by the main table lacking design. If you are talking about the white background, it is meant to be simple. This is in the end a business website and every major site like amazon, ebay, and google uses a white background so I can't image them being wrong. I think it makes it easier to read and many of my pics have a white background so they blend better with it. What do other people think? Am I wrong?

The forum is a good idea. Does anyone know where I could get a good forum script? Preferably a free one since this will only be an addition and I don't expect it to be very big, but I'm open to suggestions.

Thanks for all the input so far!

It's not a professional looking website, that's what's wrong with it.
If you don't want to sell your products, go ahead and rebuild the website yourself.

I agree with a lot of the posts previously, you should re-design the header. How about also adding some of those images to either side of the header image? That way potential customers can see products when they land and not have to scroll down
