There are a lot of things which you need to do here. The design needs to change a bit. Get more members in first. Maybe later attach a shoutbox or forum to give reasons for people to stay.

 

The header could be better you should get a professional logo and use some
better graphics in the header.

 

Your site is very small, this is the only problem and u should concentrate on getting traffic to it cause it doesn't have that many visitors . But keep on improving and I'm sure u'll do well

 

I would recommend:
1) Redesigning your logo
2) Add fav icon
3) Create a sitemap
4) Add useful content
