    Privacy Policy is missing.

    You have to have this policy in place. Folks are gonna trust you for
    uploading their files.

    nice site, but how many times can we upload files, how large file size uploaded permitted? this like missing TOS

    The design and logo looks good but need a description about the usage that will helps the visitors a lot.

    Good website. Very clean and to the point. Yes it will be great if you can mention the details like the upload limit etc on the homepage. I also notice that google is not ranking your website! Did you not register with google yet or did you go for many paid links? Please investigate. I notice that you have a good Alexa ranking though! Wish you all the best! :)

    I would sure change your title tag. It is not even words to me much less to a search engine. This is your most important tag.

    I would like to thank everyone for leaving feedback for our Mirror site and after what people had suggested we have been working on the sites Policies and everything else that has been mentioned and this will be added later today after we have double checked everything.
    This is the reason why it is good to ask for feedback as more than often you overlook the most simple things,but once again thank for all the very valuable comments.

    nice site like qooy, but i think you forgot to put title and meta tag at your site. it's very important to generate traffic from search engine.

    The DCMA statement and Site Policies have been added to the site at long last so i am thinking that i should be covered,the thing that i am still not sure about is the DCMA statement does this cover us worldwide or just for the US or do i need to add one for Europe ???
