Well the content seems to be good
Not sure, why you have kept the same theme which comes alongwith the default wordpress blog. I guess you can attract more people by inserting some attractive images in your blog

Honestly, you need to change the theme.. you are currently using standard wordpress which is very ugly.
You also have too much posts on index. The content seems to be good however

Great content, there's lots of that. Just fix up the theme, the blog is not very attractive.
