Hi,
The website looks ok, but imho you need to replace that background and chose smth more "non intrusive".
User need to focus on the content of the site not on the background.

 

Make a better header and get rid of the 'hearts' background.
Maybe it's better to look for a (free) theme which will fit your services.

general social networking that you make pretty good, just in terms of look less unsightly, because of the color used is not very nuanced romance

 

Nice idea about this site .. I suggest you what i think is that instead of black theme u have to design it in pink or glowing colors that you like more ..
