    Smiling ghosts are definitely very nice, it may be a good idea to make the night sky blue instead of plain black, then this logo would be yet more friendly, and this color combination would resemble the USA flag which your local customers may also like.

    the ghosts rock! not sure whether I like the red or green better.

    round mouth for "boo" might look nice.
