Its definitely easily navigated but I think the design may be too simple. Try creating a more interesting header and logo.

You should get a more professional theme for the site.

 

I agree with the above comments, it needs to be more visual, the top navigation is good and clear, scrolling pages and pages is not advisable though, need to keep it to 2/3 max (in my opinion).

 

The design using the white background looks too bland. I think it is also better to present a snapshot of the posts to grace your landing page instead of just placing the links to it. That would make it look presentable.

 

I'd add some more coloring but basically looking nice and clean

 

i suggest you to add some color there. so visitor can more enjoying your content. overall you layout is simple.

Doesn't seem to be working. The header is coming out with CGI errors.

The body doesn't have enough content.

I get errors also when loading the site in F.fox.. something wrong with your code.
