Okay, here is the deal. UstillUp is now getting about 2,500 - 2,800 new visitors a day. We rank #4 in Google.com for Chat Rooms, and #3 for Singles Chat, Singles Chat Rooms, Dating Chat, and Dating Chat Rooms. Plus, we also get hundreds of other daily visitors through various other keyword combinations. Right now we average about 350 - 400 new members a day. So what's the problem? Two problems: a. Our visitor:signup ratio has gone down in the last few months. It was about 3:1 for over a year, and now has gone down to about 4:1 (this could be the result that it is not a traditional chat only site that some people may be looking for when searching these keywords). b. Most new members never return. We desperately need to know why most members who sign up never come back. What can we do or add to retain more of our members.
