You need to make several changes:
1) make website wider for example (980px)
2) Make header banner higher
3) Place promo text in header to the top right side
4) Replace Text from images to regular text, it's better for SEO, and Google Translate
5) Increase line-height to 145% it will be easier to read your text
6) Change main background, now it's to dark and dead.
