Hi everyone, Can you please take a look at my landing page and give me your thoughts, or any suggestions you come up with. Thank you http://www.youlearnguitar.net
Not detailed enough. It's not clear what are pros and why exactly are you recommending it. If I was searching for a guitar course I'd definitely continue searching for other reviews.
well honestly I am interesting in learning to play guitar but your landing page doesn't really make me want to buy it. looks like just a page i will click away from. just need to show something that will spark my interest. maybe show what the lessons contain and give a comment on each or just give more information and give me lots of reasons to buy it well good luck
It seems just like a bad review page of that product, no offense. You need to convince the potential customer that he/she sould have that product in order to learn how to play guitar. As it was said before, make comparisons with similar products, maybe upload a video showing how well you learned or something like that. Good luck with your product
By the time i got to the bottom of the page the course you're promoting isn't in my mind, there was no real selling of the product to me.
I have already tried to promote guitar courses, but not with great campaigns, just used some direct links to test it and discover if this kind of product really sells... well, it does sell! However, your landing page is not that good. If you think you can't write something better now, then try direct links. My suggestions: 1 - Poor content - You need something more attractive, and easier to read. Use topics, and not just tons of text. Use more call-to-action and appeal to the buyer's feelings. Strong emotional keywords such as 'easy', 'fast', who else', 'astonishing', 'amazing', 'unique', 'best', 'great', etc... may help you. Describe the product, show more about the lessons and try to say something linke 'Play any song in few days! The easiest and fastest way to master guitar!'. 2 - Graphics - many people will not agree with me now, but it's true. Nice designs sell like crazy! Your website should have a "Rock N' Roll design", or something that "make people feel" what you are selling without reading a single word. If you can't make such design, hire a professional designer at WarriorForum.com (you will find amazing guys there). It will cost you less than $50 to create a great unique template. (here is my little secret... I don't use old or simple designs, I just start a campaign after getting a professionaly designed website!) 3 - Keywords - make sure that you have the right combination of keywords, ads and landing page. My suggestion is: write different landing pages for different keywords (create groups with 15 - 20 keywords and write a landing page for them). Hope it helps...
You need to change the images at the bottom so you can click them and it will take the CB product. You should also add some more LARGE text links (the 2 you have are very small!) throughout your page.
xrcv, I don't use to do that (really), but I want to help you so I'll show you one of my old landing pages. This landing page was not something "astonishing", but converted well. Also, consider that this is not exactly the same kind of landing page you are using, but you can see the presence of factors that could help you improve the performance of your landing page. My landing page is: www.havemuscles.com See what you should improve in your landing page: 1. Design - you need a great design. People trust nice websites, the ones that look professional. You don't have a cool design, maybe you should hire a designer (look for a good one here or at WF). (My site doesn't have the best design in the world, but it's not bad at all) 2. Headline - You have few secons to catch the visitor and make he/she decides to read your site. Your headline is the only way to do that. I'm not saying you have a bad headline (although I think you can improve it with stronger triggers), but it's not placed well. Try to put it above the image, use a bigger font and make sure that it catches the visitor's eye. (The first thing you see in my website is the headline, and it has a lot of words that give my visitor exactly what he is looking for) 3. Make people feel - People need to feel what would be after buying your product. I know you tried to do that, but you are not being effective. Try to show your visitor that you know EXACTLY how he feels and what he thinks, and then prove him that you can solve his problem. "You" is a strong word, because it talks directly with the visitor. We don't sell to minds, we sell to hearts. Or you make the person want to buy your product in few seconds or you simply don't make a sale. Feelings are the key, not thoughts. Use words that make people feel, that make they really want your product. (see the cycle that use in my landing page... I try to show my visitor that I know what he is living know, and that I can free him from that) I think these are the most important tips I can give you. However, it's not possible to guarantee that you will actually succeed after applying them to your landing page. There are many other factors that also need to be PERFECT in order to make sales: promotional methods, ads, sales page, competition, etc. Anyway, I hope it helps you. Regards, William
Hi William... I just saw your landing page.. It is interesting, you put several ebook, so visitors have alterantives. However, I can not find opt in form in your landing page, It is better to collect email list, isn't it? Moreover, in merchant landing page, they have form opt in, so if visitor come to their landing page through your affiliate link, but they did not buy at that time, just subcribing email in merchant landing page.. After severall times , merchant send follow up by email and make a sale, You may not get affiliate commision...
Hi William, I agree with dreampower, you should come up with some type of op-in, so you can gain something from every visitor.
You are right... but also you are wrong. Opt-in can be good to build a list, but it doesn't work always. Often (very often) using an opt-in may destroy your conversion rates (it has already happened to me many times). In order to use opt-in with review pages you should be very experienced and know EXACTLY what you are doing. If you want to use PPC to build a list it's ok, but then I don't recommend you to use a review page. There are pages that work for this specific purpose, the opt-in pages. When you use an opt-in page you should have these purposes: 1. Build a list 2. Don't lose money. Try to earn as much as you spend. My landing page doens't have this purpose, I want to make sales, not build a list. So here is my advice: be careful when using opt-in. If you do it by the wrong way you won't make sales nor build a list. Regards, William
