I have a landing page I would like you to comment on. I would appreciate any suggestion on improvements I could make on it.
Your website, I'm guessing because it's on your signature has really simple colors. I think you should add some pictures, because the first impression I got when I looked at your site was black and white text with a simple blue background and a purple banner. I think you should add some more pictures and have a more appealing design overall to engage your readers or at least a picture of the product you are promoting from the first glance.
Break the page up into 2-3. I am anti 1 page websites. Every page should have a clear topic. The topic should be in a H1 heading tag. Don't forget to include a call to action on every page. eg: Next, Buy Now, Contact. Be clear and concise. Guide your readers to exactly what it is you want them to do. Make sure every page supports your main goal and funnels or links directly to your goal. In your case, "Buy Now" Use images minimally only in a manner to support your information. Example: "Download Now and get a Bonus CD for FREE!"
The design looks a bit plain to make the site better you should get a professional template and a logo.
Did you miss 2 questions or 3? Be specific. Get someone to proofread the content, huge problems gramatically. TBH - I've NEVER heard of any of the companies that gave you 5 Stars, minimize the pics and put them at the bottom. Change your demo button - and your demo. I don't want to download some exe file from you - I don't even know who you are yet, no trust established. A video would suffice I think that shows the program in action. change the pic, if you have your GROL - show me a pic of you in a work situation Change one little thing in your program - and give it a copywrite date of 2005 ... 2009 change the 'get it now' button remove "CD burned from extracted files, will autoplay." - is unneccessary change: Operating System: Vista, XP, Windows 9x - Needs about 2.5 MB of disk space. to something like:Operating System: Windows (Vista, XP, 2k, 9x) with 2.5MB of disk space. I don't want Clickbank to gaurantee this, I want YOU to gaurantee this product. "While I can not gaurantee you WILL PASS with 100%, my methods and materials have help hundreds score much higher and secure great careers with their new GPOL licenses. If you need to contact me, you can reach me at ..." is a little more reassuring and encourages me to shell out the $25. lose the ebay feedback link. Use the comments that you can as testimonials. Contact some of them and ask how their test went - they'll be happy to talk your ear off if they passed. Have them send over a pic quick so you can use it. Put some smiling faces of GRADUATES of this course up here. Instill some confidence that I can do this too. Get rid of the screen shots - put a video on YouTube and into this page with you dressed in work clothes starting up the program and showing us some screen shots that way. Good products require good marketing. At $25, you may have to rethink the price. Selling thru clickbank is profitable to you only if it's profitable to the affiliates. Raise the price a little and cut them better commissions will get people working for you harder. Don't be afraid the raise the price!!! They are going for a career that will gross them a million $$$ over the next couple decades. They NEED to pass this test, and they know it. Besides, if you sell it at $40 or even $80, and they turn down the offer, you can always offer it for $30 or $65 if they will send you an 'honest review' for marketing purposes after they pass their test. Ok, that's all lol -- sorry if long winded, just over tired atm Great unique product, wish you the best !!!! Might REALLY consider outsourcing some copywriting / graphics on this. It's very unique and you want the best positive exposure for this. You've gotten ebay sales already, so you know there's a market - now go exploit that market!!! -- As a side, as this is so unique, I would explore the possibility of setting up a members site where employers can post jobs in the field, and your students can get job listings. Free for job seekers and $xxx.xx per month for the employers to list to recruit qualified employees. And don't forget the backend sales!! Good luck, Tammy
