please review my jobs site

hey guys, give me some feedback about my new jobs site: united nations jobs

it's basically a resource for finding a jobs in any UN agency... I grab content through RSS feeds in Wordpress.

Any ideas on how I can improve it? (SEO-wise mainly)

I checked most of the URL's, your page source and everything looked good.

The only thing I've noticed is:

In your home page html-output you have, which is fine:
<meta name="description" content="unitednationsjobs.info is an online resource for UN jobs" />
<meta name="keywords" content="united nations jobs, UN jobs, jobs at the united nations, jobs at the UN" />

But I didn't found those meta tags in your "Job" pages. Yes, I know some would say that those tags are not really that important anymore but I always recommend auto-constructing them as specific to the page info as you can. By the SEO done at this point I'm sure you know what to do

The layout for your site is good however maybe have something dividing each UN News article and also using the use of images on the homepage will draw the reader to read each article as there are no images.
