    You asked to review www.flamingjobs.com . which is not working gives error this website is not currently available.
    When i look flamingjobs.net there are some useful articles to read.But on top, the image overlaps with the header and ads are overlaped with the content.It is not well organised and dispalys the same in all of my browsers(opera,firefox,IE).You want to resolve that issue.Thanks for your effort made.

    yes , i think that i resolved that , just that a part of the google adsense are coverd and not showing ADS BY GOOGLE on the up link unit ads . Its against tos , right ?

    Flamingjobs.net work well to me. Fast loading, good content. But, your ads is lok likes as an ads...lol...you will not get good CTR with it.
