    The colorscheme is a bit monochromatic too me, I'd try to incorporate another color into your layout... atleast add a different color for your site's name so it stands out.

    The title fails to impress. Don't put your URL in there, but put like "Seek4Job Forums Job Seeker Forums".

    Your logo looks a bit blurry. Consider getting another one made or done.

    Love the colour scheme...its really smooth.

    Overall 8/10.

    IMO, The best strategy is keep category list small to begin with and enrich the category as need, Thank you Jim :)

    It is a bit hard to look at, I would try to capture the viewer's attention by using a different set of colors.

    In first, the best forum script is vBulletin.
    The second is that your forum tamplate is not very beautiful.

    Mybb is really good, IMO SMF is a nice forum script too. But SMF would be more smoothly and conveniently for combination with CMS (such as joomla).
