The site looks nice, however the logo looks terrible and actually distorts the flow of the page. I would recommend making the background similar to that of the advertisement which is placed beside it. the pictures are great to catch peoples attention, but unfortunately they are so big that it actually makes the text description of the picture worthless and hard to read at points. i would suggest keeping the large picture "look" but not that large. make some room for the actual text content

Strange, your keywords look something like the description. Might want to check that
You have a brief description in the title - Good !

You may want to check the description for popular keywords using a "keyword suggestion tool"
    like wordtracker

You may want to suggest the local library - reference section - Dunn & Bradstreet publications -
Business Directory (which lists local businesses and important information)

You may want to use HTML Tidy to automatically correct those validation warnings

    -
    hope this helps

<title> Researching the Company Before an Interview : interviewcounts.com</title>

<meta name="description" content="Researching the company before an interview will help you
familiarize yourself with the mission and vision of the company. Extra knowledge which you know" />

    <meta name="keywords" content="research ahead before the interview,gain bargaining power,know
    the company,general,research" />

    Validation Check
    Result: 0 errors / 13 warnings
    1.line 297 column 99 - Warning: unescaped & or unknown entity "&hl"

    2.line 297 column 105 - Warning: unescaped & or unknown entity "&fs"

    3.line 297 column 110 - Warning: unescaped & or unknown entity "&rel"

    Use "&amp;" instead of "&"

    4.line 297 column 118 - Warning: discarding unexpected </param>

    5.line 297 column 169 - Warning: discarding unexpected </param>

    6.line 297 column 224 - Warning: discarding unexpected </param>

Cause: A opening or closing tag is found. But this tag is currently not expected.
    * Opening tag: the tag is not at his place.
    * Closing tag: the tag is not opened. It can be due to a previous error.

    7.line 297 column 280 - Warning: unescaped & or unknown entity "&hl"

    8.line 297 column 286 - Warning: unescaped & or unknown entity "&fs"
    9.line 297 column 291 -
Warning: unescaped & or unknown entity "&rel"

All special characters in HREF should be encoded. "&" is a reserved character to begin
an entity. (ex: &nbsp;). "&" in HREF field should be encoded as his equivalent entity
"&amp;", even when used as a separator for parameters in the URL.

    10.line 297 column 232 - Warning: <embed> is not approved by W3C

Cause: The following tag is not a standard HTML tag. For most tags, the reason is that
there is other ways to achieve the same result with standard tags or with cascaded style
    sheet.

    11.line 251 column 4 - Warning: <input> proprietary attribute "aria-required"

    12.line 254 column 4 - Warning: <input> proprietary attribute "aria-required"

Cause: The tag contains an attribute that is proprietary to Netscape or Internet Explorer.

    13.line 363 column 4 - Warning: trimming empty <ul>

Cause: An element is empty or only contains white space (newlines, spaces, or tabs).
This issue may be the side effect of a tag being implicitly closed by another.

I like the color of the background, but the logo look cheap compare to the rest of the graphic. I also agreed with "kidsko", images are too big, resize them would be better.

    <title> interviewcounts.com</title>
You should have a short description in the title tag - such as (another site for example)
<title>job-interview.net - Job Interview Guide, Interview Question and Answer, Interview Tips, Mock Interviews</title>

<meta name="description" content="This website contain tips that will help improve a person's chances of getting his dream job. It combines persuasive laws, body language, and sales techniques in order to help a person through an interview." />
You may want to change some of the description - here is an example from another site
<meta NAME="description" CONTENT="Job interview, interview questions and answers, job interview tips, interview technique, sample interview
questions, job interview questions, interview answers, mock interviews">

<meta name="keywords" content="Interview tips, help in interview, all you need to know interview, interview skills, how to face an interview" />
here is an example from another sites keywords - although an excessive of keywords - it is an example (should be less than half of the words they list)
<meta NAME="keywords" CONTENT="job interviews, sample job interview question, mock interview, interview tips, interview question,
interviewing tips, interview questions and answers, behavioral, interview questions, sample interview questions, job interview questions and answers,
situational, interview technique, tough interview questions, informational interview, common interview question, job interview question, interview etiquette">
    -
be sure and check the keywords in a keyword suggestion tool (search for "free keyword suggestion tool" - wordtracker is a good choice)
they also have a free article on how to use keywords
    -
    hope this helps
