I wonder what your target audience is? and if they're not internet savvy, perhaps you should look for other marketing avenues?

I don't like your slogan "where technology meets medicine".. it doesn't tell me anything about your business, which from my brief glimpse seems to be focussed on oxygen machines, pulse oximeters etc.. why not make a slogan related to that!

But otherwise a good looking, functional site

 

looks great, have friends review you on review sites that way when pl go to buy they will here good things about u.
