It is a very good design, but I think you should remove the "Designed for 1920x1080 resolution" notice at the bottom. From the look of it, the website seems to be designed for 1024x* resolution. If you do have any pages that require 1920x1080 resolution to avoid horizontal scrolling, I suggest that you re-design them because very few users have such a large screen resolution.

I can't find any live support either. In a competitive and almost-saturated market like web hosting, live support is very important. I'd also recommend adding more sources to the contact page, like a phone number or Instant Messaging IDs.

A few more things that could be improved:
The meta description seems too small.
The order links(below +more) are only partly visible in Firefox.

The prices for shared hosting is expensive ( It is greater than any other reseller hosing )

Your website design is professional and the loading time is fast. Seeing as your website is a web hosting company, you have a lot of competition to beat and I think you should start by doing some Search engine optimization (SEO). You should include some keywords which people would type into Google like "UK Web Hosting Service" etc.

Looks good, one problem though I can not find your contact details or business number on your site, you MUST display them by law in the UK.
