    Template--has a professional look

    Ads-They are well placed.

    But the links on top and bottom of header(the title) is not much visible and you can give white color for them.Thanks.

    Yes, Agreed with nice and elegant layout & design.
    Load time is good as well, and yes ad placement is good as well.
