    I can see there are lots of content especially the home buying tips complete with calculators. Also like the way you setup the map for the lenders database. Overall design should be ok...Would say rating 7 out of 10

    I would consider creating a more interesting header with better graphics and logo.

    I agree with what has been said about the header thus far I think the
    header could be better and I think you should add a few more colors
    into the color scheme of the site because there is too much white.
