Ok, I am here to give host advice and you posted here to get honest advice, so - optimize load time, half of visitors will leave by the time pages will load, you need logo and more branding, improve layout - move Google ads to right side, bring content closer to top-left. Some of images used are not reasonably big - takes long to load and visually does not work. Create footer, add rss, work on content, improve keyword density
