Please review my health niche site www.healthdiseaseandcare.com, I am looking to sell this website and I am wanting some advice on how I can improve this site to get the maximum money out of it.

This is almost 2 years old domain and once reached the PR2 also. But now as I haven't worked on this site from long time it has reduced to 0.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I like health site because i want to change my site layout.

 

Better changing your layout color. also make the writing visible, and many sections are empty, better place there adds or youtube videos.

in right upper corner 3 google add boxes are there, and there is open space for 4rth one, why not fill that space.
any how header is pretty good.

maybe you can add some image to complete your articles...and for your dropped PR, you have to keep posting regularly and submit to socialbookmark..believe it..in a few weeks, PR will be better...

Yes, as others have said. You need to pull the content together. It is too spread out and separated. But a solid background color behind everything and that may help.

 

The wordpress theme is corresponding for your content. You may also improve colors on right panel, below- Recent Comments and Recent Blogs as well as work a bit on your AdSense colors to increase your revenue.
