It looks too busy IMO.

Add some images, take away some stuff -- less is more. I think you need to do something to really capture the readers eye quickly.

 

nice work..............a little more reader friendly would make ot perfect.

About the website. First of all, I don't think the domain suits for the niche. http://strawburry17.tv/ doesn't related for any health niche right?

And I also agree with Tanisha. You should add more image and try to design your post. Overall, the content is okay.

The site content is good but the point is that the outlook gives you a feel of some forum rather than a blog. You need to change the template and add some pictures linking to your post. That will make it more user friendly and enhance the looks.

Overall, this is pretty decent. Colors are nice, but the head could use some work and a better logo.
