    Ouch! The choice of colors oyu have make feel like having arthritis immediately. Layout is not bad but change the colors promptly.

    Your site is so simple color is also good.But if you choose some other colors beside red that will be better. Add some images related to your site.

    nice simple site loads fast,i guess some greens colors will be good instead of reds.see webmd.com i'm a great fan of that site colors matching.

    I think you want red is because of the Health related site? I think you should try blue or green also.

    The red colour isnt so bad to me, but you might want to remove the empty red blocks underneath the menu. It gives me the impression that the menu part of your site isnt finished just yet.
