You can get the best themes from ThemeForest.net and WordPress has really good supports for SEO also. I want to comment on your blog posts and share them to my social media. Those features are not available now.
You should work on SEO part for your website. Using It's in meta title, while you can use suitable keywords in title ...... Fix your on page issues to get more attention from search engines.

I like health topics and informative articles. It brings to mind my favorite health website in terms of its structure. Regarding improvements, I agree with MargoFarrel's observation about the article page containing too much information. The full-width screen content might be causing an overload, with the right column overshadowing the main article. I recommend centering the main content on the page for a cleaner layout. Additionally, enhancing the design and content to achieve a more unique and original look would be a smart step.

Well in my opinion its ok .I think just the visual can be better like having colors related to this niche Or i think a profesional theme for health would look good
Blue color is ok for let's say financial services, represent trust. This is not the best option in my opinion, however if you want to stick to tblue you need to pick another blue. Green would be perfect for your blog but nice soft green. Also your blog looks generic a little bit. Your logo also looks generic. In general site should be less generic (more "warm").
