This forum is a reviews forum, where people give suggestions for the design of the site. If you want Tips for improving traffic etc, you might want to list it in the General Mareting of other forum.

As for the design of the blog, it looks alright. The green used in the header looks a bit too harsh to me.

The dark green color used at the backgound of posts is also not looking appealing to the eye. It causes a lot of strain when you try and read the white text on the green background. So you might want to improve the colours of the blog.

For your overall designs, use a less harsh gradient, the transitions are way too fast so they look too "curved" (think 3D).

The lighter color of the second Adsense block on the left isn't very appealing to me. Could just be me, but it was a bit of a shock for the color scheme to change so suddenly.

I'd also lighten the dark green background, it is a bit hard on the eyes after a while.

I love your use of pictures in the posts, though, and it looks like you've got a great blog here.

colours are good but dont you think that your header must be better? you may use some pictures or a logo on your header

 

Very good layout and color choice. Maybe a more neutral color so the website is men friendly too. Men may be reluctant to read a health blog in a pink color.

Also, for some reason when I scroll down, the page lags. Could be just me, not sure.

Good job though and keep up the good work. Are you doing good with the adsense?

White text on green bg is hard on my eye. Esp if I read a lot of it, scrolling down.

 

The content on the webpage is informative. But I am not impressed with the black colour background webpage.
