    Hey Silvastar,

I assume you’re still working on setting up your site because some of the pages, such as the “About Us” page are still in the template format. I would complete those ASAP.

I read through some text on your site and you have many grammar errors. You need editing and copy-writing help. Visitors hit the back button in a nanosecond when the grammar is poor (lowers their trust in your site).

Where are your testimonials or credentials that you are a professional like you say? When you make big claims and don't back them up with any evidence, it makes people nervous about your site and creates suspicion. This is called an UNSUBSTANTIATED CLAIM. These greatly undermine your credibility, the credibility of the site and, of course, your conversion rate will suffer. People throw unsubstantiated claims around on the Web all the time. People are used to them. They've been ripped off and they correctly say "Yeah, right" and click away.

Make sure to fill out your About Us page. This tells people who you are. It should have a photo and story about how you are a professional and what differentiates yourself from others. People want to know who they are dealing with. People want to do business with people, not with websites.

Let me know what you think. I would recommend reading up on Unique Value Proposition to help you let your website visitors know how you differentiate yourself from your competitors. http://bit.ly/9tCYXe

    Kindly,

    Shelby

Optimizing your website for conversion isn't expensive. Leaving money on the table is.

well the site is good, but the graphics arent too great.. the background is a bit cheap, maybe a smoother background and make your header clickable to your homepage

Great feedback and a coupleof things to note. It is in the very early part of development. The about us page and various components are incomplete. I will look to make the header be able to return to the home page. Thanks for that feedback.
Sasanchez thanks for your excellent feedback and yes there are many elements I need to complete. In particular the about us section.
As for the background being cheap can you give me examples of some websites with backgrounds that look professional?

Here’s an example of a professional looking background in your niche: http://www.golfinstruction.com/golf-instruction/putting/ I would recommend a more professional design in order to have a quality look vs. a cheap look. The difference between your site and the link here is dramatic and speaks for itself. Best of luck!
