    Immediately change the banner image as it doesn't go with the background and the layout. Can't comment much on the blog as it all depends upon the quality of articles you write. Good luck!

    You should do something about the background. The posts flow in with it too much. Not easy to read that way.

    Your site is too long to scroll and the right column is too long, try to change its site or split into two.
