Yah - extend that 'Browse' column and introduce some personality into the site. Something that gives it identity.
It is ok site i would say that it needs something to spice it up a little. There is not much on there to keep peoples thoughts on your site. If you add some flash stuff to the site or movies or clips or something nice like that would be wonderful. I could help point you in the right place if you want to pm me thanks have a great day.
You need to have a subtitle below your title, which should be a mission statement. For those accidentally arriving on it, why do I want to bookmark your website, will it help me, etc. Answer those questions. Plus, ad google adsense across the top below the header, Right upper side and above the footer for extra income on the side. Needs a bite more color and you might want to consider an opt in form from aweber by giving away a game manual, then you can keep in touch with everyone and sell to them down the road.

The left side of your front page is too empty. I think you may need to think about the balance of the column and row. Check other similar video sites. You will get more ideas. Good luck
Nice loading time. I think, your favorite colors are black and white. Add some other different colors and images in home page.
