I would change the color of the Title of the ad block on right side to a Brighter Blue color (that would match with the site) or maybe try Red to grab attention, Move the categories down and put a SkyScraper Ad there and/or a rectangular block in the content area Also try adding a link unit in the header keep trying until you see an increase in CTR
