Please review my furniture sites

i have two furniture sites
one is www.lafurniturestore.com
and www.22modern.com

 

1) www.lafurniturestore.com
bad graphics in my opinion, old template, you have to improve it. it's simple, but, too old.
but huge database of products, some of them well described.

2) www.22modern.com
a lot more modern site, as it's stated in site's name.
but layout has to be redone and informations / images / bottom images re-aranged throu the site.
i guess more products from here are in the first site too. I opened some products , some of them have very bed images attached.

p.s I liked a coffe table very very much

 

1)I like the images those add a asset to your site.But you can make more comfort by changing your whole template and go for a profession design.

2)The site is not loading and getting server error.Tried in all my browsers and same issue.

 

lafurniturestore.com - used bright colors, hard to see the pages for a new visitor.

 

lafurniturestore.com - nice and simple but a tad on the old school side! Like netdriver said the images are great!

The design of lafurniturestore.com is not bad but I think the color scheme could be
better, you should remove the yellow from the right column and add some other
colors to the page.

There is too much grey on 22modern.com you should add a few more colors to the
page to make the site look more attractive.

 

i definitely liked the lafurniture one better than the 22 modern one, liked the look better,and i also liked the fact that you could mouse over an area (bedroom, dining etc) and there was a sub menu pop up
