Wow...yeah...I have to agree with hvalle98. Waaayyy too many ads, and too much flashing going on. It is really distracting.
Yup. Way too many ads, and your prev/next buttons are a bit hard to spot without really looking for them. I enjoyed looking at the pics, but the ads were so overwhelming, I couldn't stand looking at the pages.
Yea take the ads around the photo off that just puts me off any site. I can understand the banner ads but not the adsense ones
I think design is good, and the layout as well. and yeah, as everybody saying you are using way to many ads, it makes it like a MFA site. remove some ads than it might looks appropriate.
I think you need to arrange the pictures and organize it nicely so that visitors can easily browse through it. One pic per page means a person has to click a lot. And finally, the moving image ads on the left sidebar is very annoying.
The design does not look professional, to make the site look better you should get a professional template and remove some of the ads.
The ads and layout make it look very amateur. If you wanna get anywhere with a funny pictures site, it's going to have to look a lot better. But you're definitely off to a good start. Also, I wouldn't display the adult ads, the main people going to your site will be kids.
Hi all, thank you so much for the valuable input. I have specifically asked no adult ads but some of them are still adult oriented, now I have chose the family and kids safe option. I have removed side ads and reposition some to the bottom. Yes the layout is cheesy, when I have more time I will work on it more. how does it look now? Please let me know what you think. Much appreciated. Hope you like the funny pictures.
Definitely better, but the pictures aren't showing up as being centered to me. And I still saw an adult ad at the bottom, does it take a while before the ad change you made will take effect? Good job
Thanks. I fixed the picture orientation. The adult ad was from a particular ad company which insist on displaying those adult ads no matter what I do, so I just replaced it with ads from another ad company.
Loads of tennis balls, I do not know whether to look at the adverts or look at the picture, think about proportions i.e. how much are you dedicating to avdertising space and actual pictures.
